Every order is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed. Because our products are made to order, processing times may be longer than those of traditional retailers. We appreciate your patience while we create products you'll be proud to own.


Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Processing time may be longer during:

  • Holidays
  • Major sales events
  • New product launches
  • High seasonal order volume

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been processed.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days

Actual delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight
  • Product type
  • Shipping method selected

From time to time, Idgit Ink may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders.


Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced by different fulfillment facilities.

As a result:

  • Items may arrive separately.
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
  • Packages may arrive on different days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the package is returned and reshipped.

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is largely outside our control.

If your package appears delayed:

  • Please first check the tracking information.
  • Contact the shipping carrier for the latest updates.
  • If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we'll gladly help investigate the shipment.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product

We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable manga, artwork, PDFs, and other digital content, are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Download instructions will be provided after purchase.


Shipping Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disruptions
  • High holiday shipping volume
