Idgit Ink Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 14, 2026

At Idgit Ink, every order is made specifically for you. Because our products are printed on demand, we ask that you carefully review your order, product description, and sizing information before completing your purchase.

Our goal is to ensure every customer has a great experience. If something isn't right, we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Returns

Because each item is custom made after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Changing your mind after production begins
  • Minor color differences caused by monitor or screen settings
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please review our size charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement
  • Issue a refund
  • Offer store credit

There is no cost to you if the error was ours or our production partner's.

Exchanges

Because every item is made to order, we generally do not offer exchanges unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled because it is being custom manufactured specifically for you.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, including manga, artwork, downloadable files, PDFs, and other digital content, all digital product sales are final.

Refunds cannot be issued after a digital file has been delivered or downloaded except where required by applicable law.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first contact the shipping carrier.

If the package is determined to be lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already entered production or shipped, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.
